Grilled Calamari in Garlic, Olive Oil and lemon

Aged Imported Parma Prosciutto with Melon

Ripe tomatoes and homemade mozzarella cheese.

Filetto di manzo al Pepe Verde

Grilled 9oz. of center cut angus Beef Tenderloin Filet topped with green peppercorn and cognac sauce

Salmone alla Mugnaia

Grilled Wild Caught Atlantic Salmon topped with gourmet Capers, Lemon Juice and White Wine Butter sauce.

Pappardelle al Ragu di Cinghiale

Fresh Pappardelle Pasta sauteed with Wild Boar Tomato Ragout sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Scaloppini di Vitello al Marsala

Veal Scaloppini (top Round Cut)  with mushrooms in Marsala sauce.
