Fresh pasta filled with ricotta ampersand sweet gorgonzola Cheese with pear, sautéed with Italian Porcini mushroom in a light cream sauce

Filetto di Manzo al Tartufo nero e Barolo
Grilled 9 oz. of center cut Angus Beef Filet topped with black Truffle and Barolo red wine reduction sauce
Costoletta di Vitello alla Valdostana
Broiled stuffed 16 oz. of top quality French cut Veal Chop stuffed with Prosciutto and Fontina cheese, topped with a delightful Shitake mushrooms, garlic and white wine reduction sauce
Costolette di Agnello al Rosmarino
Grilled fresh domestic Lamb Chop, topped with a garlic, rosemary and Port wine reduction sauce
Chilean Seabass all’Escarola
Caramelized Chilean Seabass filet served over wilted Organic Escarole with Golden Raisins and Pine Nuts. Finished with E.V. Olive Oil and Lemon Juice.
Branzino alla griglia or Dover Sole
Grilled fresh marinated Branzino whole fish, tableside clean and topped with extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Dover Sole instead will be sauteed and topped with capers, lemon butter sauce
